Once you have the return authorization number, carefully package the item and ship it back to us. Make sure to include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

It's important to note that certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include but are not limited to earphones, headphones, and personal care products. Additionally, any item that has been used, altered, or is missing parts will not be eligible for return.
